Dear Valued Customers, updates as of 1/07/2017:

  • Orders outside of 2 day ground area will get their orders shipped out via 2-3 day priority mail, this means our customers on the east coast will get items faster. Note, any long items such as hex stock etc.. will not be shipped at that speed. Our mission is to get parts to you as fast as possible.

Shipping & Policies

 Ordering & Shipping Methods:

  • WestCoast Products & Design LLC uses both USPS (United States Postal Service) and FedEX to provide flexible and realiable service. 
  • Freight & Palletized shipping can be arranged.
  • We currently only ship to the United States and Canada via our online store but FRC teams in Isreal, Australia, etc.. please email before ordering, items still can be shipped to those locations. 
  • Orders before 1 pm Pacific time will be shipped out same day for any in stock products.
Shipping Errors:
  • Claims for shipping shortages, errors, or defective materials must be in writing and received by WestCoast Products & Design LLC within ten (10) days after receipt of shipment by buyer. Failure to make such claim within the stated period shall constitute an irrevocable acceptance of the goods and an admission that the goods fully comply with all the terms and conditions of the buyer's order.

Return Policies:

  • WestCoast Products & Design LLC warrants its products to be free of defects in both material and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by or resulting from repairs, service or alterations to the product or any of its parts, or damage or defects caused by negligence, accident, abuse, misuse, improper or abnormal usage or maintenance of this product or its parts. If replacement parts are needed, please email here. 
  • There is a restocking fee. 10% for items that are still in the package, 25% for items that are not in the package.
  • Returns are give up to 30 days from date of purchase.
